Nina fulfills the vital role of Financial Planner at DeRose Financial Planning Group, bringing her dedication and a deep sense of purpose to the team. She leads the Financial Planning Coordinators, fostering their growth and understanding of complex planning techniques.

Nina holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Eastern Illinois University’s Lumpkin School of Business, alongside minors in pre-law and entrepreneurship. Her background includes valuable experience interning at Stifel Financial in St. Louis, MO, and Boyer and Sappenfield Investment Advisors in Arcola, IL. Her commitment to financial planning led her to complete the necessary courses to pass and hold the CFP® designation, in addition to holding Illinois Life & Health licenses, and Series 7 & 66 licenses.

Outside of work, Nina’s interests are as diverse as they are enriching. Living in the southwest suburbs of Illinois, with her husband and their Lab mix, Zen, Nina enjoys a range of activities from reading and watching psychological thrillers and comedies to creative writing and listening to music across various decades and genres. She is an avid foodie with a love for exploring local restaurants for memorable pasta and seafood dishes.
