Nicole serves as a Client Service Manager at DeRose Financial Planning Group. Having been a part of the DeRose team since 1999, Nicole’s journey reflects a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the importance of client relationships. She is instrumental in supporting advisors and working directly with clients on various service inquiries, from account changes to addressing complex issues independently. Her responsibility extends to preparing and processing paperwork for investments and insurance, as well as overseeing money movement instructions.
Nicole’s educational background in business management, complemented by a minor in marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago, provided her with a strong foundation for her role in client service. To further enhance her skill set, she obtained her Series 6 and 63 licenses, broadening her capabilities in addressing complex client issues. Nicole also maintains an Illinois Life & Health Insurance License.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys a fulfilling family life. Married for over twenty years, she is also a dedicated mother to two children. Her family finds joy in simple pleasures like attending sporting events, exploring new culinary experiences, and bonding over shared interests.
