"Client service is what makes my job interesting. People will call with a question, a need or a concern. If I don't know the answer, I make it my mission to find out and respond to them as quickly as possible. It's a great feeling to know I've solved their problem."
Nicole has been with DeRose Financial Planning Group for over 20 years. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in business management, with a minor in marketing, from the University of Illinois at Chicago, she returned to the fast-paced world of client service and began working closely with Karen DeRose to further the success of her practice.
To widen her problem-solving abilities, Nicole received her Series 6 and 63 securitiesregistrations. She also holds licenses for Life and Health insurance. This allows her to effectively oversee every aspect of working with clients: from scheduling their first meeting, to managing business applications, to arranging annual plan review meetings, and all points in-between. "Clients think of me as their ‘go-to’ person,” says Nicole. “They know I understand how important they are, and they never have to worry whether or not I’ll get back to them.”
Nicole has been happily married for over twenty years. She and her husband have two children; their son is studying Finance at the University of Illinois at Chicago and their daughter is a freshman in high school. Nicole and her family enjoy attending her daughter’s volleyball, basketball, and softball games. They also spend time trying out new restaurants, cooking and baking as well as watching their favorite shows together – Riverdale, Ozark, and Survivor to name a few.
