A graduate of Rowan University’s College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management, Arron initially ventured into the financial industry through a connection at Merrill Lynch. His extensive tenure at Merrill Lynch, culminating in the role of Director of Managed Investments for 20 years, further highlights his extensive experience and expertise.
Outside of work, Arron enjoys a fulfilling family life in New Jersey with his wife and two daughters. An avid sports enthusiast, his free time is often spent attending his daughters’ basketball and lacrosse games or engaging in CrossFit.
